Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on technician with solid experience in semiconductor manufacturing to support equipment setup, maintenance, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and machine checkout.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure equipment for production readiness.
- Perform regular equipment conversions, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for equipment installation, deinstallation, and operational buyoff.
- Recommend process and equipment improvements to boost efficiency.
Requirements:
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 1 year of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous.
- Experience in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems is a plus.
