Associate Engineer (RF/ East/ TETRA/ 4G/ Telecommunications)

. 5 Days work week
. Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Associate Engineer to support the rollout, maintenance, and optimization of our 4G and wireless communication networks. The ideal candidate is technically strong, resourceful, and able to work in dynamic field environments.
Responsibility:
- Execute 4G site rollout (survey, design, testing, commissioning, drive test, optimization).
- Monitor and maintain LTE networks to meet service KPIs.
- Prepare project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Support tender submissions with design and costing.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers review and negotiate quotations.
- Troubleshoot network issues and respond to customer complaints (TETRA, LTE, etc.).
- Reporting to the RF manager and perform all assistant tasks delegated by Supervisor.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related.
- Minimum 1 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE mobile network deployment.
- Strong understanding of network planning fundamentals, radio access technologies, and antenna systems.
- Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with Linux, SIP, Unix, and AWS Cloud is a plus.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
