Responsible for 4G site rollout, perform site survey, site design, testing, commissioning, and drive test and optimization to ensure the network meet the KPI
Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking all engineering activities To ensure that these are completed efficiently within the shortest time frame.
Responsible for inbuilding design and handle customer complaints
Prepare project schedule and ensure all milestones and dateline are met.
Source for suitable equipment and materials required for the project.
Handle the technical portion for the Tender project. Check through the tender document to raise concerns,
Provide design and costing for the projects and liaise with customers for all issues on the projects
Liaise,manage and monitor the contractors and suppliers. Ensure the contractor and suppliers schedule meet the timeline and milestones.
Check the quote from contractor and suppliers and negotiate with the contactor and suppliers.
Manage, monitor, troubleshoot the 4G network and ensure it meet the grade of services
Manage, monitor, troubleshoot any services and technical trial implemented by the company.
Attend to customer complaint, provide solutions and costing for Tetra, LTE,, GRIDTalk and any other services provided by the company
Preparation of documentation and presentation required by the works
Preparation of progress report for the team activities
Monitor the spares/inventory require for the operation of the network and the project.
Be contactable 24x7 and perform standby for faults, major events and as required by the company
Job requirements:
Tertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics or related area
Relevant Telecommunications certification and experience in working with 4G, wireless, RF network
Minimum 2 years of maintenance of LTE mobile network
Knowledge on 4G radio access technologies, antenna systems and RF.
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, acrobat, etc.
Must have Singapore class 3 driving licence
Must be comfortable to work in rooftop, tunnels, construction sites, dusty and harsh environment
Good interpersonal skills, resourceful, take ownership, able to conceptualize, ability to motivate and build high performing team
Perform Standby duties at site and remote
Able to work overtime, team player and good attitude
