Associate Engineer (Data Management, Entry Level, Diploma. East)

Salary: $2,600 - $3,000

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in supporting network inventory and data management. This is a great opportunity for fresh diploma graduates to gain hands-on experience in telecom/network operations. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Network Inventory system to ensure data accuracy
• Assist in consolidating and managing data from different sources (e.g. system integration)
• Work closely with operations team on submissions such as as-built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS data
• Support project commissioning for fibre cables, ducts, and manholes
• Ensure system data reflects actual on-site conditions accurately
• Assist in service migration activities during network diversion or fibre fault scenarios
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related field (Entry level are welcome)
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are also encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information System) or network systems is a plus
• Keen interest in telecom/network operations and data management
