Job Description
- Identify top quality, best-fit profiles for executive searches using best-in-class, desk-based research tools and techniques. Suggest and use additional innovative sourcing techniques.
- Develop a strong understanding of each search assignment and the criteria in relation to the client company, the role requirements, and the types of profiles sought.
- Full end to end delivery on searches including offer management and referencing with assistance from the Managing Director and team.
- Assist search teams in writing of position descriptions, advertisements, and search update report comments.
- Add candidate interview notes and client call notes to the internal system.
- Proactively pipeline HR talent for specific HR specializations where requested.
- Provide insights to the Consulting team and Global Research on market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Drive a high level of interactions with new and existing HR contacts and build a territory of contacts with assistance/supervision from Managing Director and team.
- Develop relationships with clients through high quality execution, active participation and value add on client calls, and general knowledge sharing.
- Actively contribute to chasing /pitching searches and the completion of proposals. Provide research and insights into markets and skillsets that would be valuable in ChapmanCG client proposals.
- Participate in client briefings and weekly calls with consultants where required.
- Commitment to the execution and achievement of quarterly performance goals, as defined and aligned with the manager.
- Proactively leverage technology to maximize efficiency and execution, ensuring a highly collaborative approach to delivery.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and data-driven insights to clients, including the preparation and presentation of custom reports on critical topics such as diversity and inclusion.
- Execution of additional, project-based research and analysis mandates, determined by business necessity.
Qualifications and Experience
A successful applicant will have:
- 5 years+ experience in a corporate environment as an executive search/recruitment researcher or associate director.
- Business acumen and knowledge of industries, companies, market/economic/socio-economic trends as they relate to our clients and the supply of HR around the world.
- Completed executive recruitment search projects on behalf of clients across Asia Pacific countries.
- Proven track record of successfully placing CXO roles across functional and business leadership.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Proficient using various sites and systems such as LinkedIn, Google, Yammer, MS Teams, Recruiter Flow, social networking sites, and other online databases.
- Strong technology proficiency and competency in utilising Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
