About The Role

  • Develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy for AIA Singapore.
  • Partner closely with the business leaders / hiring managers and Human Resources business partners on identifying workplace planning needs and effective sources to build and sustain strong talent pipelines.
  • Manage and drive the performance of talent acquisition team, partner with external vendors and bodies to execute the end-to-end talent acquisition journey.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

  • Partner with business leaders / hiring managers and Human Resources stakeholders to develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy factoring in business priorities, organisation structures, present and potential future workforce gaps, and external market research.
  • Lead and execute effective employer branding initiatives (including social media campaigns) to shape and drive a leading brand that will support effective talent acquisition and retention.
  • Establish an effective portfolio of sourcing capabilities and platforms which include direct sourcing, targeted advertising, career sites, campus recruitment and agency recruitment.
  • Oversee effective recruiting policy, processes and practices ensuring they are efficient and executed in full compliance of regulatory guidelines and market best practices.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the entire hiring journey; and partner with business leaders / hiring managers to enhance the overall processes.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create effective pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Responsible for day-today management of RPO team members and operational and administrative aspects of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor and drive the performance of RPO model to ensure SLA achievement and to continuously improve its effectiveness.
  • Accountable for the analysis of, and reporting on, talent acquisition metrics to track and assess workforce planning requirements and talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient and effective utilisation of the talent acquisition budget by leveraging and putting in place metrics and reporting capabilities to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Oversee and ensure successful rollout of corporate internship programs.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, with specialisation in Human Resource preferred.


Experience

  • 8-10 years experience in-house talent acquisition (preferred); or agency recruitment / Human Resource business partnering roles.
  • Experience within a fast paced and results oriented organisations is essential.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection methods.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and marketing techniques.
  • Experience in driving strategic workforce planning will be an advantage.
