Associate Director, Strategic Infrastructure Program

About the Role

Lead the technical oversight and delivery of a major infrastructure development project, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, regulatory standards, project timelines, and operational objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders across project planning, design, construction, and commissioning phases to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design and construction to commissioning and handover.
• Oversee project progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies to support timely delivery.
• Review technical submissions, design documents, and project reports for quality and compliance.
• Manage project governance, programme tracking, budget considerations, and contract administration matters.
• Engage stakeholders, end-users, consultants, and contractors to align requirements and resolve project issues.
• Support operational readiness, testing, commissioning, and defect management activities.
• Advise leadership on technical, regulatory, and infrastructure planning matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, institutional, healthcare, or public sector projects.
• Proven track record delivering major projects from design through completion.
• Knowledge of project governance, contract administration, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders
