About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, battle-tested Account Director to steer our SEAA Regional Hub. This isn't a sit back and coordinate role, it's for a strategist-at-heart who loves the grit of multi-market management and knows how to turn a complex regional brief into a local masterpiece. If you thrive under high stakes and can speak Business to a CFO and Strategy to a Creative, we want you.

Responsibilities

  • The Orchestrator: Lead the regional business, ensuring our regional One House strategy for a global luxury client is flawlessly executed across five key SEAA markets.
  • The Bridge: Seamlessly connect high-level strategic planning with day-to-day business deliverables. You don't just pass on a brief; you add value to it.
  • Hub Leadership: Drive operations for 7 dynamic markets across APAC, managing local nuances while maintaining a unified regional standard.
  • Operational Clean-up: Cut through the noise. You'll standardize workflows and automate the boring stuff so your teams can focus on big-picture consulting.

  • Multi-Market Expert: You've navigated the complexities of SEAA before. You understand that what works in Singapore needs a different flavour in Jakarta or Manila.
  • Cool Under Pressure: You treat high-pressure deadlines as a sport. You're the calmest person in the room when things get complex.
  • The Commercial Strategist: You have a deep passion for strategy but never lose sight of the commercial bottom line.
  • Luxury Mindset (Plus): If you've worked with luxury or prestige brands, you'll already speak the language of Savoir-Faire and uncompromised quality.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in agency-side account leadership.
  • Proven experience managing multi-market regional clusters.
  • A track record of managing SOWs and resource allocation effectively.
  • Mastery of the bridge between Strategy and Client Service.
