Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead multiple revenue streams and oversee the overall FP&A and management reporting function, driving strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and performance analysis to enable effective business decision-making.
  • Serve as a business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and functional leaders to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop performance dashboards, and actionable analysis to enable data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen financial governance, and enhance processes and internal controls across the organization.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline, with CPA / CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant finance experience, with strong expertise in FP&A, commercial business partnering, financial planning, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record supporting business performance and decision-making within the maritime, shipping, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong experience in driving finance transformation initiatives, including the development of management dashboards, performance analytics, reporting automation, and leveraging AI / digital tools to enhance decision-making.
