What you'll be doing:

Service Provider Acquisition & Network Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new Meet & Greet service providers to support regional and global network growth.
  • Conduct due diligence on new vendors, including service capabilities, operational readiness, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, including contracting, rate negotiation, product definition, process mapping, and launch readiness.
  • Responsible to work with Operations, Legal, Finance, and IT to drive successful onboarding workflows and system integrations.

Contracting, Commercial Negotiations & Rate Governance

  • Negotiate competitive rates, margins, commercial terms, SLAs, payment terms, performance clauses, and exclusivity where applicable.
  • Conduct pricing benchmarking and service comparison across airports and competitors. Maintain the master database of provider rates, terms, T&Cs, and periodic rate reviews Support forecasting, revenue planning, and procurement cost optimization by ensuring commercial viability of each partner.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Establish structured business review (monthly/quarterly performance review).
  • Monitor service quality, SLA adherence, guest satisfaction, and issue resolution turnaround time.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to address escalations, service recovery, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop improvement plans with partners to close service gaps, enhance delivery, and maintain brand standards.

Operational & Service Excellence Alignment

  • Ensure partners comply with SOPs, training requirements, and operational protocols for Meet & Greet delivery.
  • Support Operations manager in development and roll out of partner training modules and adoption of SDO lite for tracking of service progress.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning activities relating to service provider agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper partnership opportunities with key players in the Meet & Greet segment.
  • Build long-term relationships that support scalability and consistency across airports.
  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings to guide partnership and product strategies.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain an updated overview of partner performance, risks, commercial contribution, and service metrics.
  • Provide regular dashboards and insights to management on partner utilization, cost management, and operational compliance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning activities relating to service provider agreements.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, procurement, or related fields.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and managing B2B relationships is essential.
  • Experience in airport services, hospitality, travel management, or aviation industry is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure competitive terms.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse pricing, margins, and service performance.
  • Able to manage multiple regions, time zones, and complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations calmly.
  • Overseas travel is required
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and use of Graphs to interpret data.
  • Strong in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
