About the Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a Healthcare Institution. We are seeking a strategic and people-centred Head of Human Resources to lead a specialised HR team at a dynamic healthcare institution.
  • This is a senior leadership role for an HR professional who is passionate about building organisational capability and driving meaningful people initiatives.

Main duties & and responsibilities

  • Learning & Development (Primary Focus). Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy, encompassing capability building, leadership development, and structured succession planning programmes to future-proof the organisation.
  • Organisational Development & Talent Management. Lead OD initiatives and strengthen talent management frameworks, driving employee engagement and a high-performance culture across the organisation.
  • Compensation & Benefits. Provide strategic oversight of C&B frameworks, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration structures aligned with organisational and industry benchmarks.
  • Talent Acquisition (TA). Oversee the TA Team and maintaining the organisation's strong retention outcomes and employer brand within the healthcare sector.
  • HR Systems & Digital Transformation. Champion the evaluation and implementation of a new HRIS, partnering with key stakeholders through configuration, change management, and go-live phases.
  • HR Leadership. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR specialists, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on all people-related matters.

The Talent

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline, supported by a strong foundation in HR and business practices.
  • Proven HR leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Deep expertise in Learning & Development and Organisational Development.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or system transitions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
