The Director, Global Sales leads net-new revenue growth and new client acquisition across priority markets. Own the full new business development cyclefrom market mapping and pipeline generation to deal closure and handoverwhile collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business in Singapore and selected global markets.
- Identify target segments, build prospect lists, and create tailored value propositions.
- Drive lead generation through account-based marketing, partnerships, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure solution feasibility and delivery readiness.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking.
- Deliver regular reports on pipeline health, win/loss analysis, and revenue performance.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of B2B/ enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in new business acquisition.
- Proven track record in complex solution selling and executive-level negotiations.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
