Main Responsibilities:
. Manage the technical modification team at the Singapore site, coordinate work and communication within the team, and enhance the technical and management skills of team members.
. Develop and ensure the achievement of the annual technical modification plan, goals, and budget for the department.
. Formulate FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) plans for equipment at the Singapore plant, organize and control the quality of FAT implementation, and approve FAT results.
. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of ongoing projects at the Singapore plant, ensuring smooth project delivery.
. Prepare for production readiness in equipment maintenance and technical modification, ensuring timely project delivery and smooth production processes.
. Manage factory equipment and technical modifications, establish relevant technical standards, and ensure equipment remains in good condition to meet operational needs and comply with national and company requirements.
. Continuously optimize and improve the status, operability, safety, and reliability of production equipment to ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency.
. Establish and optimize related operational processes, provide training, and ensure strict adherence to these processes.
. Review equipment change requests and assess quality and safety impacts.
. Lead research and promotion of new technologies and processes in equipment and engineering projects, and approve technical documents such as design changes and engineering work orders.
. Incorporate technical and best practices from the Changzhou and Taixing sites in China into the Singapore plant.
. Assist the head of the equipment engineering department with daily management tasks.
Competencies:
. Bachelor's degree or higher.
. Major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Automation, or related fields.
. Over fifteen years of engineering maintenance and over five years of project team management experience in CRDMO, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
. Strong coordination and communication skills.
. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
. Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
. Proficient in using MS Office software.
