Associate Director/ Director, Analytics & Insights

JOB SCOPE

Depending on the candidate's experience and track record, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to drive research excellence, client relations and business development. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to individuals who enjoy both strategic thinking and active involvement in research delivery and commercial growth.

The role entails these fundamental areas:

Delivery Oversight & Capability Building

• Oversee end-to-end execution of qualitative and/or quantitative studies
• Provide project guidance and quality review
• Provide strategic interpretation and storytelling of findings
• Step in hands-on where necessary on critical or complex projects
• Mentor and develop analysts and managers
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture

Client Relations & Business Development

• Contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth
• Lead proposal development and pitch presentations
• Translate client business challenges into research solutions
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Identify new verticals, offerings, or solution opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, market research and similar fields.
• 10 or more years of market research / insights / consulting work experience. Agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership of complex multi-market or multi-method studies.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, including track record in proposal writing and business development.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders as well as large crowd audiences.
• Structured problem-solving mindset.
• People manager with great soft skills, coaching capability and personality - approachable, candid, go-getting and collaborative.
• Strong believer in making a difference and driving positive impact on people, organizations, and the society.
