What the day will look like

Reporting to the Head of Department, job scope includes, but not limited to the following:

• Deliver team goals of growth, profitability & increasing market share
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a sub-team within the Credit Solutions Singapore team, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
• Provide supervisory oversight of the account management team, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, training, and setting clear expectations and standards.
• Champion for reporting requirements, including forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and monitoring of key initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering consistently high service standards and strong client outcomes.
• Advise clients and negotiate effectively with insurers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify client opportunities, risks, and solutions to deliver value-added outcomes.
• Drive new business acquisition and closure in line with agreed KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Department, Regional Trade Credit teams, ARS Singapore, and key stakeholders to support business planning, strategy, and execution.
• Monitor team performance and financial results, taking timely action to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure full compliance with all MAS and Aon regulatory, governance, and control requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria, as prescribed from time to time.
