We are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial in Singapore to drive strategic growth across APAC. This role focuses on building and maintaining key relationships, expanding market presence, and driving new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
This role combines strategic business development with collaborative leadership across global offices, directly impacting the company's market positioning and revenue growth in APAC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to identify and capture market opportunities.
- Drive innovation by identifying new channels, prospects, and products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and market partners to generate leads and enhance market positioning.
- Cross-sell and coordinate with internal teams to support integrated service offerings and revenue growth.
- Foster collaboration across global offices and support internal initiatives.
- Travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles within a multinational organization or the corporate services/financial industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of corporate services, trust, capital markets, and cross-border investment.
- Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
