Associate Director

Job Description

• Manage and lead the assigned power cable projects
• Pipelines from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for projects
• Conduct and review geotechnical site investigations, risk assessments, structural calculations and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project designs and resolve technical challenges
• Provide expert guidance on civil works construction methodologies
• Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering works e.g. power cables
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation
• Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
