Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team in Singapore on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis (on-site).
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine general dental procedures (restorative fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, and preventive care).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality general dental treatments in a safe and comfortable environment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with professional standards.
- Adhere strictly to infection control, health, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Participate in clinical case discussions and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements- Education & License: Holds a recognized Dental Degree (BDS or equivalent) and an active registration/license with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), or eligibility for SDC registration.
- Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Professional Standards: Strong commitment to clinical excellence, ethical practice, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Teamwork: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with modern dental techniques.
- Experience & Availability: Prior clinical experience in a private clinic or hospital setting is welcomed. We welcome candidates at all stages of their career who meet SDC registration requirements. Both full-time and part-time schedule options are available.
