About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Dealer to join our Institutional Sales Team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the distribution of fixed income products to institutional investors. You will play a key role in widening and diversifying our fixed income clientele base while supporting the team in achieving its sales targets.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential investors, identify their needs and sell appropriate Fixed Income instruments to meet those needs.
  • Review and analyse the market to anticipate investors requirements and develop competitive solutions and services to meet those requirements.
  • Ensure constant communication with the market and provide competitive and prompt execution of all transactions.
  • Comply with all internal and external rules and regulations in the marketing of securities to investors.
  • Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients, striving to preserve and enhance the reputation of the department and the Company.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new products and developments, guidelines, policies, rules and regulations.
  • Work closely with other RHB Bank Group staff to identify and refer cross-sell opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable tertiary institution (University/Polytechnic).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • FMRP license and other CMFAs licensing.
  • Strong understanding of treasury products and financial markets.
  • Practical experience in Institutional Fixed Income & Treasury products sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong marketing approach, especially to institutional customers, with the ability to identify customer business growth and acquisition opportunities.
