Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director with strong art direction skills to lead the development of innovative, concept-driven performance campaigns for international business audiences across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of creative concepts for marketing and performance campaigns
- Ideate, develop, and refine campaign ideas aligned with business goals and brand strategy
- Use campaign performance insights and trends to inform and optimize creative direction
- Apply AI and generative AI tools to enhance creative ideation, production, and productivity
- Partner with external creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback across digital ads, websites, and sales materials
- Lead creative reviews and present work to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Define creative inputs for testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Design and oversee visual systems including typography, color, imagery, and layout
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Creative Director or senior creative lead in advertising or marketing
- Degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Art Direction, or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led campaigns, art direction excellence, and design craft
- Proven experience using AI and generative AI tools for creative ideation and production
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Firefly), and After Effects
- Experience delivering regional campaigns across Southeast Asia; China experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and performance-driven creative
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
