We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Associate, Corporate Secretarial Services to manage a portfolio of offshore entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of corporate secretarial services, including:
  • Incorporation of offshore companies and registration of entities in relevant jurisdictions
  • Preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records in accordance with jurisdictional requirements
  • Filing of documents with offshore registrars and regulatory authorities, where applicable
  • Ensure timely compliance with annual filing, licensing, and economic substance requirements
  • Liaise directly with clients, registered agents, legal counsel, and external service providers
  • Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and ongoing KYC reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Support onboarding of new clients and respond to due diligence or audit-related queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to ensure coordinated service delivery across jurisdictions

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in offshore corporate secretarial or fiduciary services
  • Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions such as BVI, Marshall Islands, Cayman, Samoa, etc.
  • Experience with maintaining and updating company records in accordance with offshore regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of due diligence, AML, and compliance obligations in the offshore context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with clients and external parties
  • Meticulous and organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with the flexibility to work across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and DocuSign; familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage
