Job Description

We are representing our client, a well-established service provider specializing in comprehensive corporate secretarial and management consultancy services for both local and international clients. Known for their dynamic and growth-oriented work culture, they support a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and jurisdictions.

They are now seeking a motivated Associate Corporate Secretarial to support their diverse client portfolio.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid foundational experience who are ready to deepen their exposure, including listed company work in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Associate Corporate Secretarial

Job Responsibilities:

. Assist in managing corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local and international clients.

. Prepare and file statutory documents including board resolutions, annual returns, and minutes of meetings.

. Maintain and update statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.

. Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams on corporate secretarial matters.

. Support senior team members in listed company compliance and governance advisory work.

Requirements:

. Diploma or degree holders, preferably pursuing or completed ICSA qualification.

. Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.

. Open to learning and supporting listed company corporate secretarial work.

. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

. Professional communication skills, written and spoken with a client-service mindset.
