Job Responsibilities:
- Support IPOs, RTOs, M&A, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence reports, and transaction documents.
- Support Catalist sponsorship duties, including ongoing compliance monitoring and preparation of SGX filings.
- Conduct industry and financial research, peer benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, legal counsel, valuers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, documentation, and follow-up actions for project teams.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in Catalist sponsorship, IPO/RTO, or M&A preferred.
- Big 4 experience (audit, corporate finance, or transaction advisory) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Familiarity with SGX listing rules and capital market regulations.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
