Job Description

  • Perform deal activities throughout the investment life cycle, such as setting up investment structures, bank accounts, provision of KYC documents, funding process for investment funding (capital calls, loan drawdowns, etc)
  • Update the relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system
  • Complete month-end/year-end closing activities, including the update of market values using external financial information for the fund and direct investments
  • Preparing accounting reconciliations, review of investment holding company accounts and liaison with external auditors
  • Corporate secretarial work relating to investment holding companies

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role

  • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2years relevant accounting work experience in the finance, accounting or private equity industry
  • Self-starter who is detail oriented, very organized and pro-active in executing responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong risk attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage and complete multiple priorities on time with minimal direction
  • Displays high intellectual curiosity and innovative mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
