Job Summary

You will lead efforts to enhance patient safety and care quality while supervising and guiding junior doctors and healthcare professionals in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and high-quality patient care through active clinical practice in your specialty
• Lead and supervise junior doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure clinical standards and professional development
• Apply specialist knowledge and skills to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuous improvement in healthcare delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Basic Medical Degree and Postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
• Maintain Specialist Registration with the Singapore Medical Council accredited by the Ministry of Health Specialist Accreditation Board
• Possess relevant specialty experience and complete specialist training accredited by the Specialist Accreditation Board
