Job Summary
As a Front-End / Full Stack Developer at BT Automation, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly digital solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular to deliver seamless user experiences
- Apply graphic design principles to enhance user interface aesthetics and usability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and gather technical and business requirements for effective solution design
- Advise clients on industry best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes
- Support implementation activities including troubleshooting, system administration, patching, and upgrades to ensure application stability
- Continuously update technical skills by researching and adopting new technologies relevant to development projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered
- Experience in front-end or full stack development, preferably 2+ years fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
