About the role As an Associate Consultant (Frontend Developer) at BT Automation Singapore Pte Ltd, you will develop and deliver high-quality software solutions for clients. This full-time, in-office role in Singapore involves collaborating with developers and project managers to design, build, and deploy advanced web applications.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable frontend code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver robust web applications
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side functionality, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment to meet project goals
- Implement responsive design techniques and ensure cross-browser compatibility to optimize accessibility and usability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend development processes and tooling to enhance team productivity and code quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience with ServiceNow platform is an advantage
- ServiceNow CSA, CAS, and ITSM certifications are preferred
- Proficiency in popular frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for staying current with the latest frontend development trends and technologies
