Associate Consultant - HR Advisory

What the day will look like

  • Create content for client Workshops and FGDs during a consulting assignment.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights from the data collected.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in the data collected, to be able to use data to build business case and demonstrate an ability to structure a presentation with the relevant insights.
  • Work with senior consultants and other internal stakeholders to develop reports.
  • Support senior consultants in building presentations for clients.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Support Senior resources with logistics and project management activities for client communities ( E.g.: AMEA SSC.)
  • Assist in key areas of firm research
  • Support marketing events, sponsored round tables etc. including, conducting client research, building target client lists and active solicitation

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data and solve problems
  • With relevant experience (for example Job Redesign, Organization Effectiveness) in consulting environment
    Organization Effectiveness in consulting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and reporting
  • Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with creativity and practical thinking
