Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Associate Coach / Instructor / Trainer. The individual in this position will deliver engaging lessons to children and youth, focusing on Logical Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Drama and Public Speaking skills. Responsibilities include conducting interactive and impactful workshops, providing constructive feedback, and inspiring students to develop confidence in their communication. As an integral team member, the candidate will also assist in ongoing program refinement to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, coaching, or training children and youth within classroom or workshop settings
• Expertise in Public Speaking, Debate, or Drama, with excellent leadership and presentation skills
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to engage students in active and interactive learning environments
• Ability to conduct creative and age-appropriate lessons that align with program objectives
• Experience in critical thinking development and knowledge facilitation techniques
• Candidates with qualifications or backgrounds in teaching, education, communication, or related disciplines are preferred
• Proficiency in time management and commitment to flexible part-time schedules
• Being an MOE Registered Instructor is a MUST
