About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Channel and Solutions Delivery to join our team at RHB Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of digital banking features and solutions that support Group Cash Management and Singapore Commercial Banking objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of digital initiatives, enhance customer experience, and uphold product compliance across our digital banking channels.
What you will be doing
- Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for key cash management products including cross-border and domestic payments, receivables management, liquidity solutions, and mobile banking
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product owner for Cash Management solutions
- Drive timely delivery of system features and enhancements, ensuring robust testing and smooth production deployment
- Monitor and manage production system performance, ensuring optimal functionality
- Provide clear communication and training to stakeholders on product features and updates
- Oversee end-to-end client fulfillment for digital solutions, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric implementation process
- Manage resolution of system issues and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise partner outsourcing relationships to maintain consistent service levels
- Ensure all product deliverables comply with internal governance frameworks and Group policies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional Cash Management Product role within Transaction Banking or related product functions
- Deep understanding of cash management products, services, and regulatory frameworks at both local and international levels
- Strong grasp of the digital banking ecosystem and emerging trends
- Proven experience in managing both waterfall and agile project implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about delivering innovative digital solutions and enhancing customer experience
