Associate, CEO Office (Singapore)

Location: Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be involved in overall fund strategy development and execution, including competitive intel, benchmark, etc.
• Perform ad hoc industry research and policy analysis to support investment decision
• Support on key deal/transactions, e.g. industry research, commercial due diligence, etc.
• Involve in portfolio company management., quarterly portfolio reviews, and ad hoc strategic support
• Responsible for daily CEO office activities, PMO and liaison across business functions for key strategic and operation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship with renowned universities. MBA and/or specialisation in healthcare major (medicine, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) would be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years management consulting experience, PLUS corporate Business Development or healthcare PE/VC experience
• Excellent financial acumen and commercial sense
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and hands-on in execution
• Proficient in written & spoken English as this role works across functions and teams around the globe
