Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate to support the CIO and Executive Director across key institutional activities including fundraising execution, fund structuring coordination, investor due diligence and fund management support.
As we continues to launch and scale multiple institutional fund vehicles, this role will play an important part in supporting the preparation of investor materials, coordinating internal and external workstreams, and maintaining the analytical and documentation standards expected by institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Execution Support
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, briefing materials and analytical content for fundraising initiatives
- Track investor interactions and follow-up actions to ensure timely responses and delivery of required information
- Maintain and update CRM records related to investor engagement and fundraising progress
- Support development of investor FAQs, talking points and presentation materials based on management guidance
Investor Coordination & Communication
- Support preparation and coordination of investor meetings, including documentation of discussion points and next steps
- Assist in addressing investor information requests by coordinating with relevant internal teams
- Help facilitate communication with investor teams during fundraising and due diligence processes
Fund Structuring & Documentation Support
- Assist in coordinating with legal counsel, fund administrators and other external advisors on fund documentation and related processes
- Review and organise key fund documents including LPAs, subscription agreements and side letters for internal review
- Maintain documentation trackers and ensure proper organisation of materials across fundraising and fund setup activities
Financial Analysis & Fund Modelling
- Support the development and maintenance of fund-level financial models and analytical tools
- Prepare financial analysis and model outputs to support investor presentations and internal discussions
- Assist in compiling portfolio and fund performance data for reporting and analysis
Due Diligence & Data Room Management
- Assist in preparing DDQs, investor questionnaires and RFP responses
- Coordinate information gathering across internal teams to support due diligence requests
- Maintain investor data rooms and ensure all documentation is accurate, organised and up to date
Fund Operations & Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing periodic investor updates, reporting materials and internal fund documentation
- Support preparation of fund performance summaries and operational trackers
- Coordinate administrative processes including onboarding, KYC/AML documentation and account setup with service providers
Candidate Profile
Required Experience
- 36 years of relevant experience in private equity, fund management, investment management, placement, infrastructure / real assets, or a similar institutional environment
- Exposure to fund structuring, fund documentation, LP engagement, and fund-level financial analysis or modelling
Core Competencies
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including experience with fund-level modelling and investment analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial analysis and investor presentations
- Excellent written communication with the ability to prepare clear materials for senior stakeholders and investors
- Strong organisation and multitasking ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Professional presence and attention to detail when supporting investor interactions and institutional processes
