Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations (RFQs), price negotiation, purchase order processing, shipment coordination, and delivery follow-up.

• Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) recommendations and procure materials, components, and equipment to support production needs.

• Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and production schedules are met.

• Oversee inventory levels by reviewing stock requirements and implementing inventory stocking policies established by management.

• Coordinate with logistics providers on shipment arrangements, delivery status, and customs documentation for imports and exports.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, on-time delivery, competitive pricing, and effective inventory management.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, including vendor registration, purchasing database updates, and submission of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices to the Finance team.

• Coordinate the return of defective or non-conforming materials (RMA/NCT) with suppliers.

• Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for procurement cost reduction.

• Review and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate purchasing requirements.

• Prepare and update weekly and monthly procurement reports.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent

• Relevant experience in purchasing / procurement is an advantage.
