Who are we looking for

We are looking for a full-time high-performing, passionate and motivated sales associate to meet our growing demand for cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions. Having successfully completed multiple cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia, we are continuing our expansion plans for our operational capacity in Singapore. The results-driven individual must have a pleasant and confident disposition. A candidate must be skilled in engaging with clients about sensitive and confidential topics to build trust. This position will be responsible for buyer-side origination through market research and proactive outreach, step up to be able to experience the entire M&A process.

What will you do

  • Market research & industry analysis to build target lists and track outreach progress accurately
  • Cold outreach (calls + data-driven sourcing) to engage potential clients
  • Work closely with clients to understand acquisition objectives and target criteria

What we're looking for

  • 12 years in sales development / recruitment / business development (heavy cold outreach preferred)
  • Basic accounting knowledge: industry knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with international exposure
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams and counterparties
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook, and/or Google
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
