The Associate Business Development & Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, packaging, and driving commercial adoption of Gushcloud's talent & media products. This role combines product ownership and business development, working closely with the Account teams to open opportunities and accelerate revenue, without owning client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership
(1) Design and package clear, scalable talent & media products
(2) Able to define product scope, target client segments, value propositions
(3) Work with Account Director on:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
(1) Develop and maintain:
(2) Enable Account Managers with:
(3) Refine offerings based on market feedback
Business Development (Core Function)
(1) Proactively identify and pursue BD opportunities for talent & media products
(2) Initiate conversations potential and strategic stakeholders
(3) Qualify opportunities and bring them into the sales pipeline
(4) Work with Account Director / Senior Account Manager to progress them
(5) Represent network products in:
(6) This role supports BD and deal shaping, but does not own account management or final deal closure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
(1) Align product supply with Talent & Network Manager and Channel Manager
(2) Ensure offerings are:
Minimum Qualifications
Must-haves:
(1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong commercial and analytical capability.
(2) Relevant experience: > 4 years total working experience
(3) Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex issues into clear narratives
(4) Confident engaging with and managing senior internal stakeholders
Nice-to-haves:
(1) Prior experience in digital media, creator economy, advertising, marketing services or platform-driven businesses
(2) Financial acumen (e.g. ability to understand pricing structures and evaluate margins)
(3) Experience working across multiple markets and/or regional teams
