Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing collaterals (presentations, placemats and brochures) and premiums.
- Conduct KYC/AML for client's onboarding and maintain records (i.e. minutes taking) of client engagements.
- Prepare monthly fund factsheets and to interface with investment teams for performance and outlook commentary.
- Resolve client (corporate & institutions) issues in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily and monthly fund flows statistics as well as recommend targeted marketing campaigns.
- Upkeep the company website and interface with regional marketing team.
- Handle recruitment and mentor of interns as and when required.
- Tasks assigned as and when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline
- 5+ year(s) prior experience in asset management (preferred) or wealth management industry.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Able to work outside of office hours for periodic marketing events.
- Ability to use Microsoft office, Bloomberg and Name Screen Tool (such as Refinitiv World-Check)
- Adaptable; Strong interpersonal skills; Team player
- Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to speak Chinese is an asset.
