Associate/Assistant Manager, Fund Services
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing collaterals
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly fund factsheets (English and Chinese); ensure accuracy of the information and timely production for distribution
- Responsible for preparing and sending email notices to inform distributors and corporate clients on newly lodged prospectus, annual reports and fund related matters
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for clients
Client Services
- Respond to queries coming from distributors and corporate clients; and general hotline and Contactus email inbox
- Liaise with Registrar on client's account opening and updates, trades and settlement related issues
- Assist clients with Unit Trust redemptions for retail clients
Business Development Support
- Respond to sales team's Fund related requests
- Prepare responses to clients due diligence questionnaires
- Assist with onboarding of new corporate/ institutional accounts. Liaise with Regulatory compliance and client to fulfil onboarding requirements and documentation. This includes gathering the onboarding documents from institutional clients and assessing documents.
- Work closely with the firm's Compliance department to ensure client accounts adhere to the firm's Compliance Standards (Client reviews and Due diligence)
- Ensure accurate and prompt payment to Business Development vendors and suppliers
- Identify areas of improvements in processes/system enhancement
- Work on adhoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (in the fund administration role or unit trust operations would be advantageous)
- Good understanding of unit trusts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and diligent individual with positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Team player
