Job Responsibilities
- Understand and propose solutions to client's request, bringing in subject matter experts from internal departments or external parties to assist where necessary
- Main point of contact for clients request and attend to clients inquiries promptly
- Assist with account onboarding, maintenance and management of the client relationship, predominantly focusing on large insurance institutions.
- Prepare presentation materials and conduct regular client review meetings to provide timely updates regarding ongoing request(s)
- Customise and send client reports in accordance to clients requirements and timeline
- Handle other client solutions duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Masters, preferably in finance, accountancy or business
- Proven track record of working within a client focused environment. Experience servicing large insurance institutions will be an added advantage
- Extensive industry experiences relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services
- Knowledge in investments, derivative instruments, operational activities of asset management will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Bloomberg will be useful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluencyin English is mandatory.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong interpersonal internal and external relationships
- Demonstrated behaviours of being resourceful, organised, and paying attention to detail
- Fast learner who is self-motivated and an excellent team player with a can do attitude
