As a Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships with our mortgage customers through proactive retention and thoughtful repricing support. You will be the trusted point of contact for loan-related enquiries across multiple service channels, providing clear, accurate guidance on secured lending products including mortgage, car and renovation loans—helping customers make confident decisions while safeguarding the bank's portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Review customers current loan packages and recommend suitable repricing options tailored to their needs.
- Support retention outcomes by managing customer expectations and communicating repricing packages clearly and professionally.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and accurately, following through to resolution within agreed timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's products and services, with a strong focus on mortgage, car and renovation loans.
- Partner with stakeholders to support campaign launches and service initiatives that enhance customer experience.
- Take on additional assignments or duties as needed to support team and business priorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Sound knowledge of secured loan products (mortgage, car and renovation loans)
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to income assessment and insurance considerations relating to mortgage loans.
- Proficient in MS Office.
