Role Description

Agmon Law is seeking a Legal Associate (1-4 years of experience) to join its Singapore office on a full-time, on-site basis.

The successful candidate is already admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor or has passed the Bar exams. The candidate will work closely with a Partner on a wide range of matters involving both Singapore and U.S. jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, applications, agreements, licenses, memoranda, and responses to office actions.
  • Assisting in legal research, case preparation, and document management.
  • Supporting the firm's intellectual property and commercial law practices, including transactional and contentious matters.
  • Coordinating filings, correspondences, and communications with clients, counterparties, and authorities.

This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to international legal work, develop strong drafting and analytical skills, and work in a collegial, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Admission to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor.
  • 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply provided they have sat the Bar exams).
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Genuine interest in intellectual property and commercial law.
  • Additional language is an advantage.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
