Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans for the Consumer Banking division, aligning with the overall business objectives:
- Translate priorities into actionable business initiatives and detailed project plans.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and recommendations to management, outlining potential impact, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify challenges and opportunities to optimize resource allocation:
- Perform in-depth research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to uncover new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Utilize analytical techniques and tools to evaluate business performance, identify areas of inefficiency, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Synthesize data into clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project planning, operation, and end-to-end execution:
- Act as a central point of contact and facilitator for projects, working closely with product, marketing, technology, and operations teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment across all involved departments.
- Manage project interdependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions:
- Establish and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, leading the development and implementation of corrective actions and data-driven solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of initiatives and capture lessons learned for future strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in project planning, operation, and end-to-end execution
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple functions
