What You'll Be Doing

Support the Store Manager in managing daily retail and studio operations while promoting a strong sales and service culture to achieve or exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and profitability goals. Ensure the studio delivers a premium customer experience and maintains Korea Artiz Studio's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring the studio consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning, operational management, and customer engagement strategies.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards throughout the customer journey, from consultation to post-shoot service.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of studio consultants and associates to build a high-performing and customer-focused team.

• Monitor staff scheduling and payroll allocation to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring optimal service levels.

• Ensure all training programs and operational procedures are implemented effectively within the studio team.

• Analyze customer profiles, booking patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and service offerings.

• Monitor and support loss prevention practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper handling of studio assets and equipment.

• Oversee inventory management including studio products, merchandise, and operational supplies, ensuring accurate stock control and minimal shrinkage.

• Support the execution and coordination of incoming and outgoing merchandise, promotional materials, and studio resources.

• Identify product or service opportunities and communicate insights to the Store Manager to improve business performance.

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and in-studio events in accordance with company guidelines and budget.

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to support business initiatives.

• Support new studio openings, studio events, or operational changes when required.

• Attend training sessions, workshops, and operational meetings as required by management.

• Ensure visual merchandising, studio presentation, and display areas meet Korea Artiz Studio's premium brand standards.

• Maintain the physical condition and cleanliness of the studio, coordinating maintenance or repair needs when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, safety standards, and workplace policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

Requirements

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, comfortable with a retail-style schedule with 6 days off per month

• Good command of spoken English additional languages are an advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach

• Sales-driven with the ability to confidently close deals

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude

• Passionate about weddings, photography, and delivering exceptional client experiences

• Strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow within the company
