JOB DESCRIPTION
. Support the Department Head in managing and operating the activities of the Wellness department
. Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of staff, ensuring service quality and customer experience.
. Collaborate in developing training plans, guiding, and improving staff's professional skills.
. Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of service packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
. Monitor and control costs, inventory, equipment, and tools in the area.
. Directly assist customers with special requests or complaints, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
. Support the Department Head in preparing operational reports, analyzing business performance, and proposing improvements.
. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and hotel regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Possess in-depth knowledge of healthcare services, therapies, or wellness trends.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the spa/wellness industry, with preference given to candidates who have held supervisory or assistant roles
. Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
. Ability to handle situations and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
. Pleasant appearance, professional manner, good health, and a positive work attitude.
