We are a growing scrap metal recycling company specializing in the collection, processing, and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching scrap metals.

. Support in supervising warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.

. Help maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

. Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

. Assist with coordination of logistics for skip bin movements, dismantling, and reinstatement works when required.

. Inspect and help categorize ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

. Provide input on improving workflow and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations supervisory or team leader experience is a plus.

. Basic knowledge of scrap metal materials (ferrous & non-ferrous) preferred but not mandatory.

. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

. Able to handle warehouse duties.

. Willing to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
