Our warehouse is the operational backbone of the business. We're looking for a Warehouse Manager serving a warehouse with 1,000 SKUs, for Wholesale, Retail, Ecommerce and export packing. We are looking for someone who is a generalist thriving on structure, precision, and visibility - someone who ensures every product received, packed, or shipped is tracked seamlessly through our systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock Visibility & Systems Management
- Implement and maintain real-time visibility across stock receiving, packing, outgoing, and returns.
- Oversee data accuracy and reconciliation within different platforms.
- Build dashboards and workflows to surface daily inventory positions and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and retail teams to ensure order and fulfillment accuracy.
2. Warehouse Operations & Process Control
- Supervise daily warehouse activities - receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain FIFO and batch traceability for all SKUs.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and variance investigations.
- Drive SOP creation, audit adherence, and workflow improvement for efficiency.
3. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates for productivity and accountability.
- Oversee and coordinate inbound logistics with forwarders and coordinate timely dispatch with 3PLs or internal delivery teams.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards (e.g., warehouse zoning, racking safety).
4. Returns & Quality Control
- Oversee returns, exchanges, and damaged goods processing with full documentation and SKU accuracy.
- Work with the customer service team to close the loop on issues quickly.
- Maintain clear records of disposal or reintegration of returned stock.

Inventory Accuracy: Stock variance (system vs physical count) 1% monthly variance
Inbound Efficiency: Average time from goods arrival to system entry 24 hours
Fulfillment Accuracy: Packing & dispatch error rate 0.5%
Returns Processing: Time from return receipt to resolution 3 working days
System Visibility: % of stock movement updated in system within same day100%
Stock Turnover Reporting: Weekly report accuracy and submission100% on schedule
Warehouse Safety & Compliance: Safety incidents or violations,0 per quarter
Team Productivity: Orders processed per staff per hour
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems, ERP/WMS platforms, or Shopify-based inventory apps.
- Strong analytical mindset and process orientation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
