This is a frontline sales-focused role responsible for driving payroll account acquisition through corporate tie-ups and expanding the Workplace Banking portfolio. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement at corporate locations, delivering tailored personal banking solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities while ensuring service quality and risk discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Payroll Acquisition
- Acquire new payroll relationships by empaneling assigned and self-sourced companies into the Workplace Banking programme.
- Onboard company employees for salary crediting and introduce relevant personal banking solutions.
Sales Growth and Portfolio Expansion
- Drive profitable growth in assets under management from new and existing Workplace Banking customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable retail banking products to support their financial goals.
Corporate Engagement and Value Proposition
- Support Corporate Relationship Managers in presenting Workplace Banking solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Assist in positioning Workplace Banking offerings as a value-added benefit for corporate partners.
Product and Campaign Execution
- Work with internal teams to design customized banking packages for specific corporate clients.
- Execute Workplace Banking events and onsite sales activities to maximize product uptake.
Customer Experience and Risk Management
- Deliver high-quality onsite service while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong post-acquisition engagement to support customer retention and long-term relationship value.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or a sales-related role, preferably within financial services.
- Prior exposure to business-to-business sales environments is advantageous.
