- Analyze and prepare foreign exchange and interest rate commentaries and technical analysis on the global and regional currency markets. Provide regular market trends and pricing updates to relationship managers and to our clients.
- Market FX, Interest Rate, OTC option and Structured Treasury solutions to corporate and financial institutional clients.
- Work closely with relationship managers to explore opportunities to cross-sell treasury products.
- Provide professional advice, market analysis and strategies to meet the treasury needs of the corporate clients.
- Understand the treasury and funding needs of corporate clients and propose relevant treasury solutions to them.
- Provide guidance to the junior members and achieve the team's goals with concerted efforts.
- Work with SG/HK Corporate and FI teams to expand SEA EM FX and Interest Rate business.
- Assist to cover the duties of other Treasury Sales Team members when necessary.
- Assist in projects when required by the Treasury Sales Team Head.
- Collaborate with Business Management Team to enhance the team's product capabilities through launching new product programs.
- Manage pre-trade documentation requirements including ISDA negotiation, Customer Suitability Form in collaboration with internal legal teams and external legal counsels.
AML/CTF Responsibilities
- Comply with anti-money laundering / counterterrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Qualifications
1. Education
- Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
2. Working Experiences
- Minimum 5 -10 years of relevant experience in treasury sales / trading / FX markets.
3. Professional Qualification / HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework Qualification / Professional Examination / License
- FMRP, RES 2B or RES 12B, RES 5, CM-SIP or CM-CMP
