Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Networking & Ecosystem Development

• Identify and engage key stakeholders including industry experts, ministries, agencies,

universities, and training partners.

• Develop strategic partnerships to support programme delivery and capability building.

• Participate in networking events, conferences, seminars, and workshops.

• Leverage LinkedIn and professional platforms to expand industry connections.

• Collaborate with ecosystem partners on joint initiatives and programmes.

• Continuously nurture relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and support.

• Convert network opportunities into funded programmes and strategic partnerships.

2. Accreditation & Programme Credibility

• Conduct studies on accreditation requirements and industry standards.

• Engage accrediting bodies and certification organisations aligned with programme goals.

• Develop documentation including syllabi, training materials, assessments, and evaluation

frameworks.

• Ensure continuous quality assurance and compliance with accreditation standards.

• Provide capability development for trainers and internal teams.

• Promote programme accreditation and certification status to stakeholders.

3. Programme Implementation & Delivery Excellence

• Lead end-to-end execution of training and talent development programmes.

• Manage participant selection, onboarding, and engagement processes.

• Oversee professional capacity-building and industry-aligned training delivery.

• Coordinate industry exposure, attachments, and workplace learning initiatives.• Support employability and placement outcomes where applicable.

• Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and programme performance.

• Ensure full compliance with governance, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure cost efficiency and financial sustainability in programme delivery.

4. Brand Positioning & Market Visibility

• Conduct brand audits and identify improvement opportunities.

• Define and strengthen Academy's brand identity and value proposition.

• Develop content and thought leadership initiatives to enhance visibility.

• Form strategic partnerships to expand reach and market influence.

• Convert visibility efforts into leads, partnerships, and programme opportunities.

5. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across government, industry, and

institutions.

• Lead proposals, RFP/RFQ submissions, and strategic programme pitches.

• Establish and monetise partnerships with ministries, agencies, GLCs, corporates, and

universities.

• Drive revenue generation and ensure sustainability of programme portfolio.

• Innovate programmes aligned with market needs and funding priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, TVET, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field

(Master's is an advantage).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in TVET, training development, and entrepreneurship,

including 5 years in a mid-management role.

• Strong experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, and partnership

monetisation.

• Proven track record in proposal development and securing funded programmes.

• Strong commercial acumen (programme costing, pricing, financial viability).

• Wide network within training, TVET, and government ecosystem.

• Strong facilitation, coordination, and programme delivery skills.
