Assistant Vice President - Technical Asset Management

The primary focus of the role is technical oversight of on-lease and prospective aircraft and engine assets, reporting to the head of technical asset management. Key responsibilities include:

. Aircraft and engine portfolio general technical asset management

. Utilization review and data input

. Liaise with internal departments to manage technical activities associated with on-lease aircraft and engines

. Manage the transition of assets between lessees including any maintenance / modifications required

. Negotiate technical terms and conditions on LOI's and new leases with lessees

. Manage and review Engine Shop Visits of on-lease and off-lease assets

. Coordinate the company's on-lease inspection program

. Assist with the technical assessment of prospective aircraft and engine portfolios to ensure compliance and integration with SkyWorks standards and internal systems

. Engage with Service Suppliers and OEMs to facilitate contracts and aircraft/engine purchases

. Manage maintenance events and reserve claims

. Projection and analysis of maintenance events and costs

. Maintain and produce analytical reports to support the wider business

. Attend industry events and conferences

. Accumulate and provide technical knowledge support to the wider business

. Help to develop the processes and systems utilized within the technical asset management function
