About the roleThis role which reports to Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, will lead the design, governance and implementation of the organisation's remuneration framework and compensation strategies, with secondary responsibilities in benefits and HR policy review. The role sits within the centre of excellence for all remuneration and benefits matters, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive market-competitive and internally equitable outcomes.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesReview, design and implement remuneration frameworks, policies and plans to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and alignment with business and people strategies.Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning of salary and benefits.Analyse compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.Partner HR colleagues and business leaders to drive the annual compensation and performance management cycle.Provide subject matter expertise on compensation matters to HR Business Partners and line leaders, including complex individual cases and structural proposals.Contribute to the review and updating of HR policies related to compensation, benefits and rewards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance.Participate in strategic projects related to rewards and benefits.
RequirementsDegree in Business or HR ManagementAt least 10 years HR experience, preferably in a Compensation and Benefits roleStrategic mindset, driven, resourceful and results orientedStrong analytical skills, organisational capabilities and able to work within tight deadlinesAttentive to details and be able to multi task in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills and confident in engaging key stakeholders at all levelsExcellent working knowledge of MS Office software, especially in ExcelPrior working knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
